This has been a great overall health tracking ring. It did take a bit longer than anticipated to arrive but it has been great. I also love that you can snap a photo with a motion of your finger! App is user friendly.

When it comes to step count and calories, I compared it directly with my Apple Watch, and the results were almost identical — only a 12-step difference and just 65 calories off. It also tracks my sleep, which I could never do with my Apple Watch since it needed charging by evening. Wanted a smart ring without the hefty price tag and monthly subscription. I have only had my ring for a couple of days and not giving a full review. The ring is beautiful, fits really nicely (keep in mind you need to size up). No issues with pairing it to Iphone. The app is easy to use and has all the tracking as the expensive brands. So far liking the ring and its functionality.

I went through five different fitness rings before I saw this one. This ring is great!! And the price point is fantastic!! Definitely great quality for the price!! It's very light weight, which I love!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because I have slim fingers and it's a little thick for me,(I have to take it off periodically to give my fingers a break, lol) and I wish it came in 1/2 sizes!!!
